I am very pleased with the construction undertaken by Big Rock at Yarra Street, Heidelberg. The design is aesthetically pleasing and provides spacious living, kitchen, bedroom and outdoor zones. The finishes inside the units and in shared areas are of a high quality. The use of concrete for the base material in the construction provides a barrier to sound from other neighbours, hence privacy, and insulative properties against heat and cold.

The provision of parking in the basement, turntable to assist vehicle egress, and a huge separate storage space are other examples of a construction that seeks to build for and provide owners with a quality lifestyle.
